Regardless of track / ticket type - you can attend any presentation offered during the conference!
HOWEVER. With this track, you don't qualify for any CEs.
Sessions are being offered con-currently, which means for most hours of the conference there are two presentations going on in two separate zoom rooms. So unfortunately no, you can't attend EVERY presentation offered at the conference live.
Closer to the conference you'll receive a final schedule with dates/times for each presentation. Until then, check out the Schedule At A Glance page to see our tentative schedule and consider which presentations you'd like to attend.
And don't worry! *Most* presentations will be recorded for a replay to watch later so you watch some of the ones you miss live.
*Most* presentations will be recorded for a replay to watch later!
We prioritize the full consent and safety of our presenters, which means it's up to them if they would like to be recorded or not. *Most* (around 85%) of our presenters are currently comfortable being recorded. Therefore 14 out of 16 presentations will likely be available for replay after the conference. This number may change in the future at the needs/requests of our presenters.
Additionally - The replays DO NOT QUALIFY for CE Credit / CE Certificates.
We'll miss seeing you live, but no, we don't currently offer any refunds.
Here is our Refund Policy & some additional context.
Refund Policy
Purchase of a CE or Non-CE ticket to the ACI Conference and any/all payments made through an installment plan are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and non-exchangeable.
You are responsible for the full cost and any payment plan terms.
Registered attendees will receive ~85% of the conference presentations for virtual replay. The replay does not count for CE Credit.
Additional context
ACI is run by a small group of neurodivergent volunteers and the Continuing Education Credits are sponsored by NeuroAbundant, LLC (a small neurodivergent education business). Many conversations have gone into how to offer a virtual conference of this size in a way that centers our shared values of accessiblility AND sustainability. Offering refunds is unfortunately not sustainable at our current size. We hope to be able to offer more flexibility to attendees & community members in the future. Thank you for understanding & for your support!
